We love it here, you will too!
Welcome to our home. Mi casa es su casa!
Dennis and I both lived in the Lower Mainland on the West Coast of BC for 20 and 30 years respectively. Neither of us ever became accustomed to their liquid sunshine and almost 6 years ago decided to move to a more four season kind of place. Kamloops was an easy choice; great weather, great outdoor activities, and still close to family and friends on the coast. We lived in Kamloops for the first year and then decided that Whitecroft was the perfect place to buy our dream home. Since then another dream of mine has become reality with the opening of our B&B. Dreams really do come true, and we’d like to share ours with you.
Meet Isabel and Dennis
After spending close to 20 years in the Veterinary industry, one morning I woke up feeling that Dennis and I were ‘missing’ something, and that morning started the beginning of a chain of events. Three months later we moved to Kamloops and for the past four years we’ve called Whitecroft home. I have long dreamt of having a B&B in the mountains but it somehow seemed so far out of reach. This house appeared out of thin air it seemed, and we were the first to see her and the first to make an offer while on our drive back down the hill. With a lot of hard work, vision, and trial and error, we now have what we consider to be a sweet retreat awaiting your visit.

A proud member of IBEW electricians, Dennis has been practicing his trade for over 30 years and still loves it. In the past he has spent extensive amounts of time away from home for work, so he is looking forward to dialing down and spending more time at home. Admittedly a bit of a dud in the kitchen, his contribution to our meals centers around keeping the cook (me) laughing! A big outdoorsman; hunting, fishing, hiking, and in his younger years hockey and skiing, make him a well rounded conversationalist as well as a knowledgeable guide for some of those green time of year activities.
